Description: New York's chic SoHo meets L.A. in this new mixed-use development. At over 300,000 square feet, 17th and Vine is a combination of ten buildings made up of 450 condominiums, a parking garage, retail units, restaurants, and recreation facilities. Amenities to this upscale, all-inclusive community include four swimming pools and barbecue areas, a large fitness facility, and amphitheater.
