Roles and responsibilities

As the Scholarly Communication Librarian, I lead the Libraries efforts to support open access publishing and related open research activities. Key areas of this work include management of the UNLV Open Article Fund, consultations regarding journal publishing in Digital Scholarship@UNLV, developing or contributing to informational guides for campus stakeholders on the topics of open access, copyright, Creative Commons licenses, and more.
