To commemorate the retirement of seven long-time University Libraries' staff members, the Preservation/Conservation Laboratory was asked to create signature books, to mark the occasion. These books were hand-bound in red cloth (representative of the school's colors), and hand-made marbled papers were used for the end leaves. Pages recognizing the retirees were included, along with ample blank pages for signatures. The gold lettering was courtesy of Pat McCarty. In recognition of: Peter Gratton, Mary McCoy, Lee Scroggins, Pam Sitton, Marta Sorkin, Paulette Nelson, and Kathy War.
