     The UNLV Yucca Mountain Education Project is a multidisciplinary effort by interested faculty and staff of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to create a balanced information resource for the general public on the subject of high-level radioactive waste repositories. The goal of the project is to present positive and negative aspects of the proposed Yucca Mountain high-level radioactive waste repository so that the general public can be informed.
