Special Collections has an extensive collection of restaurant menus dating from the 1870s to the present day.

They include the Bohn-Bettoni Menu Collection which is comprised of hundreds of menus dating from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

• International restaurants in the Bohn-Bettoni collection.
• United States restaurants in the Bohn-Bettoni collection .

The contemporary portion of the collection includes a large number of Las Vegas menus from noted hotel/casinos on the Strip as well as thousands of menus from around the United States and the world.
